Product features
(1) The overall machine wheelbase is 3300mm, which is the mainstream design of high-end loading in the industry and can meet the needs of most customers;
(2) It adopts ZF 4BP210 dual-variable system, and the gearbox is an electro-hydraulic power shift fixed axle type that can achieve forced deceleration. The operation is simple and safe, and the work efficiency is high;
(3) The hydraulic system adopts dual pump parallel flow, innovatively introduces a split cooling system to increase cooling flow and reduce the hydraulic oil temperature below 85℃;the advanced hydraulic system help you higher efficiency in your construction project.
(4) T series appearance protective cover has a large door design, and the front air inlet of the radiator and the rear air outlet can be opened. The new cab upgrade has strong sealing, and the overall noise of the machine is much lower than the national standard;
(5) The whole vehicle relay, fuse box are centralized, and the working device's grease nozzle is led to the side of the frame, and the pressure measuring port is arranged in the front of the auxiliary box and other humanized designs, making maintenance and repair more convenient.

(7) The wheel loader has a strong power system driven by SDEC engine, which allows the construction machine to smoothly run under severe conditions. (8) The single-pedal dual-circuit service brake system and emergency braking system that comply with the requirements of international standards are used to ensure safe and effective braking. The foot brake adopts gas-assisted hydraulic caliper disc brake to ensure high reliability, and the hand brake uses manual air braking system to achieve emergency stopping in an effective manner.
(9) The new optimized single arm allows high pivot point possible, and such a design provides large bucket loading capacity and high work efficiency. The front frame of the wheel loader is composed of strong integral structure made from high-quality and durable materials. The 85mm-thick structure can withstand all kinds of severe working conditions. The unique hinged structure means more convenience in wheel loader maintenance. Thanks to the dust-proof structure, mud, grains of sand and dust can be effectively prevented from entering the key part of wheel loader. Therefore, the wheel loader has a long service life with lower maintenance costs.
(10) The wheel loader features a reinforced drive axle, which has been tested many times under extreme working conditions, with the maximum ramp climbing angle of 30 degrees. The speed ratio of the drive axle can be adjusted to enhance the digging capacity, and a specialized helical bevel gear is equipped to withstand overload. The drive axle and swing frame are connected with high-strength bolts, which help ensure that the front axle bolts keep work well under overload conditions, and such a design can also effectively prevent the bolts from being stretched or deformed under overload circumstances.
(11) The gull-wing type engine side doors can be widely opened, making daily checks easier.
(12) The newly developed radiator with increased heat dissipation area provides better cooling for engine, thus greatly enhancing the work efficiency and prolonging the service life of wheel loader parts.
