Product features
(1) The innovative design of the main frame hinge adopts a "matched" tapered roller bearing structure, which increases the contact area and ensures the reliability of the hinge even under harsh working conditions;
(2) The ZF 4WG200 dual-range system is adopted, with an electric-hydraulic power shift constant-axis gearbox that can achieve forced deceleration. It has simple and safe operation, and high work efficiency;
(3) A small-displacement steering gear and a low-pressure Load Sensing Full Hydraulic Flow Amplification Valve Steering System are used, making the steering wheel easy to operate, flexible, and greatly reducing labor intensity. The steering wheel adopts adjustable devices for more comfortable and convenient operation;
( 4) Based on simulation, emulation, and test verification, an innovatively designed split heat dissipation hydraulic system is developed, which can ensure proper and sufficient heat dissipation for the entire hydraulic system under any working condition, improving the efficiency of the radiator and the reliability of the hydraulic system;
(5)The T series has a large door opening design for the exterior shroud, with both the front inlet and rear outlet of the radiator openable. The new cab upgrade features superior sealing, resulting in significantly lower noise levels than national standards;
(6) The entire vehicle's relays and fuse boxes are centrally arranged, with grease fittings for the working device led to the side of the frame and pressure measuring ports located at the front of the auxiliary box. These user-friendly designs make maintenance and repair easier.
